How it works
Your story, in four chapters.
You log your days. Foddie turns those notes into a profile, named triggers, food answers and a guided plan.
A profile that takes shape
Your intolerance profile takes shape from the first days, which are for calibration. Family by family, Foddie compares your days with and without each sugar type, then sharpens the scores as you keep logging.
Your triggers, named
Your food triggers go from lead to signal, then to confirmed trigger. Every card shows the maths: your days with the food, your days without, and the gap between them.
What you can eat
What can you eat with IBS? Search a food, pick your diet (FODMAP, histamine, SCD), and see the verdict with the portion you can handle. Green, orange, red: the answer takes one glance.
Your guided plan, phase by phase
Low FODMAP elimination diet or SIBO protocol: elimination then reintroduction, one food at a time. Foddie keeps count of the days, tells you where you stand and what comes next.
Who it is for
Who it is for.
You live with IBS
Bloating, pain, unpredictable transit. You want answers about your own meals, not a generic list of forbidden foods.
You are on a protocol
Low FODMAP, SIBO biphasic, low histamine or low sulfur. Foddie tracks your phases and reintroductions, day by day.
You suspect an intolerance
You already write everything in a notebook. Foddie connects your meals to your symptoms for you, and exports the diary for your doctor or dietitian.
Frequently asked
What people ask us.
Is Foddie a FODMAP app or a food diary?
Both. It is a fast food and symptom diary first, and every entry is analysed against FODMAP, histamine and your own history to find triggers.
Does Foddie replace a doctor?
No. Foddie shows trends in your data and says so on every analysis. It is not medical advice, and it replaces neither a diagnosis nor follow-up care.
How long before I see results?
Around ten logged days for a first profile, about a month for confirmed triggers. Foddie always tells you where it stands.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your diary belongs to you, and no account is required to try the app.
Do I have to weigh and log everything?
No. One sentence is enough: voice input and food search do the rest, in under 60 seconds per entry.
